The Scraper 3000 disc scraper system

The Scraper 3000 disc scraper system is an additional piece of equipment for Hurricane shredders and Katrina chives cutters. The machine in tandem with one or the other model is suspended on the front three-point linkage (TUZ) of the tractor.

The main element of the system is a frame with six suspended convex discs (three discs on each side) arranged at a 45-degree angle on one side and in a mirror image on the other side, so that they gather vegetables from a wide 3-meter strip into one narrow strip up to 1.2 meters, which allows driving on wide tires and harvesting with a digger or combine with a minimum harvesting width.

The skraper discs are hydraulically driven in the direction of the tractor wheels, which gives the vegetables a momentum that limits the regression of the tubers.

The machine has manual adjustment of the working depth of the discs for initial setting, but when combined with a Hurricane or Katrina machine equipped with hydraulic - automatic height adjustment with sensors, it will work and maintain one working height.
